Between 6pm on August the 19th and 6am on August the 20th 2019, Simply Cloud was performing rolling updates to nodes of an SSD storage cluster in one of its London locations. This update has exceeded its maintenance window and work continues to finish the update. These updates form part of routine maintenance and include vendor recommended software and firmware updates.
Software updates of this kind are non-disruptive and no interruption to service is expected. At times during this window, new volume creation operations may be paused to preserve consistency and appropriate maintenance messages may be returned via the control panel or API when such operations are attempted.
