About This Site

This network status page was developed to provide a service status overview for customers of Simply Cloud (a trading name of Tagadab Limited). The server is hosted in the USA so it is geographically separate from our UK data centres and network infrastructure.

There is an XML feed listing the current (5 minute) service checks. We also offer an RSS feed of our service announcements, both of which are freely available to customers and anyone else who find them useful.

Reason for Work:

These configuration changes will enable future network capacity upgrades and improvements.

Impact

it is not expected that this work will have a service impact, however the changes are being scheduled outside of business hours to minimize any possible disruption.

Monitoring - The issue has been mitigated and we are monitoring performance of the platform. Once we are satisfied that the issue is fully resolved we will provide a further update.

Investigating - Compute in one of our London locations is experiencing performance degradation following a hardware failure. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Some customers may see their VM unexpectedly reboot or be shutdown for some time whilst we work to correct the issue.
