This network status page was developed to provide a service status overview for customers of Simply Cloud (a trading name of Tagadab Limited). The server is hosted in the USA so it is geographically separate from our UK data centres and network infrastructure.

There is an XML feed listing the current (5 minute) service checks. We also offer an RSS feed of our service announcements, both of which are freely available to customers and anyone else who find them useful.

Resolved - The power issue at a 3rd-party colocation centre has been resolved and has been stable for the last 12 hours. Our services to customers weren't impacted, and our network resilience has been restored, so we are closing this incident.

Identified - A power issue at a 3rd-party colocation centre in London is causing an unexpected at-risk period for our network this evening. Our network has built-in diverse resilience and is continuing to operate during this time with no customer outages as there is plenty of spare capacity on alternate paths. At the moment we don't know how long this at risk period will last. We'll continue to monitor the issue.
