About This Site

This network status page was developed to provide a service status overview for customers of Simply Cloud (a trading name of Tagadab Limited). The server is hosted in the USA so it is geographically separate from our UK data centres and network infrastructure.

There is an XML feed listing the current (5 minute) service checks. We also offer an RSS feed of our service announcements, both of which are freely available to customers and anyone else who find them useful.

For any queries, please call 020 3697 5536 or write to us at Tagadab Ltd, Acton House, Perdiswell Park, Worcester, WR3 7GD

Scheduled Maintenance
UPS Maintenance Jan 21, 08:00-17:30 GMT
During this maintenance we will be replacing our existing UPS system with a new, more efficient model.
This maintenance will affect our "A" side UPS which is protected by an STS, therefore load will be transitioned before work begins and this should be considered an at-risk period.

UPS Maintenance Jan 29, 08:00-17:30 GMT
During this maintenance we will be replacing our existing UPS system with a new, more efficient model.
This maintenance will affect our "B" side UPS, the B side is not protected by an STS and therefore there will be an outage to any equipment that is single-homed to the B-feed. Our network and systems are designed resiliently with this in mind and there should be no loss of service. This should still be considered an at-risk period due to reduced levels of redundancy.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Jan 8, 08:01 GMT
Scheduled - At our Reading Data Centre we are conducting some maintenance to our power STS units to routinely replace some parts as part of their service plan. They will be placed in manual bypass for the duration which prevents their ability to switch source, but is non-disruptive to supply so considered “at risk”. Throughout all supplies are still protected by UPS and generator backup.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - A large DDOS attack may have temporarily affected network connectivity for some customers. The attack has now been mitigated and Simply Cloud engineers are monitoring the situation.

Scheduled - During the festive period we will be entering into an engineering change freeze.
This period will run from 5pm on Thursday 19th December 2019 until 9am on Monday 6th January 2020.
During the engineering freeze we will not be performing any manual changes to our core network and systems unless there is an operational issue or pre-agreed in another maintenance.
Automated systems will still function as normal.
