We need to do some emergency network maintenance to reset a linecard that is generating errors in a core router in our Slough datacentre. As part of the work we'll migrate traffic off the linecard and this traffic will follow other paths in the network where there is plenty of spare capacity. As such, customer service shouldn't be impacted, but due to the nature of the work we're announcing this as an at-risk period for the network.
