Scheduled - In line with many of our suppliers, we will be entering into an engineering change freeze during the holiday period. This will minimise the risk of any issues during this busy time of year for our customers and while we have reduced levels of staff.

The change freeze will run from Friday the 19th December 2025 at 9am until Monday the 5th January 2026 at 9am.

This network status page was developed to provide a service status overview for customers of Simply Cloud (a trading name of Tagadab Limited). The server is hosted in the USA so it is geographically separate from our UK data centres and network infrastructure.

There is an XML feed listing the current (5 minute) service checks. We also offer an RSS feed of our service announcements, both of which are freely available to customers and anyone else who find them useful.

Scheduled Maintenance

Black building test Dec 16, 2025 08:00-16:00 GMT

As part of our preventative maintenance program, we will be conducting our annual black building test.
This will include a controlled isolation of mains power and subsequent transition to generator power.
Once tests are completed we will transition back to mains power and full resilience will be restored
We do not expect this to be customer affecting however it should be considered an at-risk period.

Scheduled - One of our circuit suppliers providing connectivity between our London and Dublin data centres is conducting emergency preventative maintenance to their service overnight to repair/replace a faulty device with alarms in London that could become service affecting without immediate action.

As we have diverse circuits between these locations we do not expect any disruption and traffic will fail over to other routes, but those routes will be at-risk during the maintenance window.
